John, mine are 15 inches also. But they hit in the center if adjusted to the windshield edges. If adjusted not to hit in the center, the driver's side goes over the outside chrome. Appreciate you checking. Thanks, Gary....

Gary, A nice judge pointed out to me at the Seven Springs regional that my 63 drivers side WS blade is too close to the edge of the windshield.(when operating) Almost touching the SS trim -if not touching. But just now when I measured my blade I see both of the blades are very close to each other-if not touching.
So I (we) will wait for the guru's to respond as to the fix.
Meanwhile on the same subject I never did get a response as to the dimensions of the wiper arm spacer. The one that goes between the two arms where they attach to the motor. The repro that was sent to me is just a typical .25 o'ring. Put this is your post not mine. Take care as I am supposed to be working. John

Two questions, do you have the correct arms with the adjusting screws, and do you have the Corvette style Wiper blades. There is a subtle difference between pass car and corvette blades, as the blade holder for the Corvette has less arch, and creates less drag on the windshield. The pass car version will create more drag, and can cause the problems you are seeing.

Howard Baker and you taught me that long time ago. I am pretty sure I have the right blades and arms as I stole them from a 63 driver I had. Notice I said pretty sure. You woulda thought that after three shows someone would have dinged me though for having the pass blade. Same part number on the box too-aren't they. Thanx for the good tip. I will check out the LWC later. JD
