Thanks Dick. This was in one of the bins of parts returned to me from the body shop so maybe it was mixed up from another car they had. God knows they lost a few of my original parts. The condition of it really matches alot of my things though. I will try to get a photo posted when I get back next week....or the week after.

    Thanks to all who replied!
Maybe the same person mixed and matched your parts that did the interior of Reba's car. I swear that they dumped a bucket of screws from an "A" Model Ford, a '29 Whippet, and International Harvester hay baler, and a Cletrac crawler tractor and then used a few of each to reattach the interior trim of her car.

Bubba's tap root does run deep I suspect. He must have started at Chuck Rice's, moved down your way, and headed back north to catch me. What really gets me is the original parts they "lost" that just aren't being reproduced in any fashion. I'm already missing a few arms and legs so coughing up for these parts to the salvage folks is getting painful

I will enjoy this car when done.....I will enjoy this car when done....I will enjoy this car when done.....

        Dave,

I would also appreciate getting your hard work efforts in a 1971 year database. I will also honor your request. Thank you.

          Hi Don,

If its not too much trouble. I would really love to have a copy of your database. At the present time I have a '60, a '68 and a' 70 to look up parts for. Best email address would be: thornton_d@comcast.net

          Thanks,
          Dave T.

Re: I have a method Dave

A couple of "big" shots of Black Velvet about fifteen minutes before I pull the tarp back helps the hurt

The (for the lack of a better term) creative fiberglass repairs Bubba did prior to my ownership of "project forever" really don't look all that bad now. Actually, it's looking better and better as time go's on.

One more double infusion tonight and I might just leave all those holes, gouges and mess alone
