    2000 driver Electrical Question

    Lately on my 2000 driver, I am getting intermittent cutout of my turn signals, i.e. they just quit working for a while, then come back after a while - no ryme or reason. Also, today, my A/C fan stopped working on all but "High" Speed. what kind of gremlins can cause this? Is there a relationship between the two? I don't see it electrically as they are on separate circuits/fuses, etc. I replaced the battery about a month ago.

    Any one have any ideas b4 I jump into it?

    check and clean the electricial grounds that are in the engine compartment bolted to the frame. pull the connectors off and see if the connections are corroded. clean them and coat them with dielectric grease before putting them back together

      Clem;
      Thanks for the advice. We'll get after it tomorrow and see what we can find.

          Found my grounds and cleaned them, etc. So far my A/C blower is still the same, but my turn signals have not acted up. I think there is a master resistor that has taps at certain points to limit/control fan speed. Now, I just have to find it. Don't have any books on this 2000, unlike my 63, and this is the one that I need info on. The 63 is so very straight forward in comparison.
