Hi Edward,
In that case it's not a smiley face.
The bolt on my 71 is a hex head with a captive star washer.
The head is recessed, has 4 concentric rings, a large thin M on top of the rings and 4 tick marks at 12, 3, 6, and 9.
BUT, your horn could have had a different head mark, remember... lots of suppliers. I'd like to see the hex head, the star washer and maybe the recessed head and call it good.
Love the details!
Regards,
Alan

Hi Edward,
The part# in the 71 AIM is 3848408. It's called a 'screw assembly' which I guess refers to the captive star washer. I don't see it used anyhere else in the AIM.
Is there some reason you think yours might not be typical of one used for production? Your description seems OK.
Regards,
Alan
