I am assuming that the right side exhaust manifold bolt on a '65 396 engine that supports the oil dip stick tube was simply removed and reinstalled when the dip stick tube was inserted into the oil pan...correct? This means this bolt would have engine color since it was installed at the time of assembly and painted with the engine...correct?
The same holds true for the right side carb air tube that is held in place by one of the right side valve cover bolts...correct?
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.
