Need Help with Hole on C2

Hi, Can anyone tell me the original size of the hole above the front parking light for the bumper to bolt thru on a 65. Mine was filled in years ago and I can`t tell the original size. Thanks in advance!

my white 67 conv. has just under 1" holes in the front fenders for the bumper bolts to go thru. the bolts are only 7/16" so i would suggest starting with a smaller hole and make it bigger if you need it. there is a slight raised rectangle pad that centers about the hole. many cars repaired in this area are sanded smooth eliminating the pads.

Mike: If you don't have the raised pad that Gene mentioned, there's a benefit to you--you can drill the hole wherever it needs to be.
I suggest a 3/4" hole which will give you some adjustment room.
The challenge is getting the front bumpers parallel to the ground and these outside bolt locations are key.

Thanks Nike and Gene, I will go with the 3/4 until I can fit the brackets later. Mike
