Can someone please tell me what GM 88959456 would reference? I've also got an "ACD" Number of 88959459 and a GR.4.342 Does this reference a tach cable and if so for what years?

Hi John !
Just doing a quick search looks like it's a lower speedo cable for a cruise control equipped vehicle. Like the lower cable from the transducer.
Not sure if that number might have been used long ago for a different application or not. Book is at home !Tom Hendricks

GM #88959459 is a lower speedometer cable. It is used for a whole bunch of 1980's GM applications but there is no Corvette application, at all, that I've been able to find. It's still available from GM and AC Delco. This part number was released about 2002 and replaced, for SERVICE, some earlier part number.In Appreciation of John HinckleyComment
