Hi guys/gals sorry not trying to beat this to death, Gary Parris posted on May 5th 08 and a bunch of people came in with good thoughts, I posted on Aug 8th 08 and Wayne Midkiff was kind enought to post back. There is a 63 on ebay (330278768894) that has a very interesting block, its dated F 9 2 where T Blocks have the casting date, on the edge long ways. Ive seen many T blocks dated there but none with the single year code. OH by the way it has a clock. I found a 870 block dated A 2 3 with a clock and I just want to get some understanding of what going on with these blocks. I know the block I have is real, Iam not sure of anything else, who made what or what ever. sorry to go on and on here, but I would ask if everyone could take a look at what they have and keep an eye out. Together we may get to the bottom of this for the good of all, so please check out those NON corvette motors and cars also in your travels. Please let us know what you got. Phil 8063
