62 Leaf Springs

I am a first time user of the forum. Hope there is someone who can help me. I have purchased rearched/rebuilt 4 leaf springs. I want to have to the car judged so I have some finishing questions. What is the correct finish for the spring shackles, the leaf spring U bolts and the front mounting bracket and bolts. If I forgot any other items that require correct finishing please let me know. Shackles: Semi-flat black. ( Krylon 1613 )
U-Bolts: Natural steel
Mounting Brackets: Semi-flat black ( Krylon 1613 )
Mounting bracket bolts: Black oxide

Do you have a name and phone number of a rebuilder? Approximate cost for a four leaf 62?

I expect to recieve them in the next 2 weeks. The company I bought them from is Corvette Paramedics in Mt Holly NJ. When they come in I will email the rebuilders names if I get it....tks
