What is correct 63 Order Copy heading?

What are the large words on the top of a 63 Corvette order copy? Are there exceptions? Thanks!!!

"REGULAR COMMERCIAL and TRUCK", seen on copy # 5 of build sheet off an early 9000 VIN car.

Craig, the copy on the right.
        • The job number is 397
        • The number 422818 goes on the window sticker in the upper right hand corner under the Chevy Bow-tie
        • All pertinent info about the car is there and the real/actual build date, essentially these documents are the holey grail of birth certificates for C2's
Needless to say they have tremendous value to prove originality. Besides that I'm looking at the original a few feet away on my office wall.

Harry actually you are incorrect. The 311543 goes under the right bow tie and the zip code is below the left. I have included both original window stickers and order form #5 for your reference.

          Thanks,
          Craig

I have a 65 but on my Corvette order copy, it indicates that the form was revised 3/63. On the top it says CORVETTE.

Craig, my other left. I was looking at it when I did the post. It's on the right and I typed left. I fixed the original post. What happened to the other picture?

I think ZIP codes started arount June or July 63.

Hey Harry, I posted that picture under another question and it required me to remove from here. You can reference it under accessory codes. Thanks.

James, can you post a copy of your form for us to view?

                    Thanks,

You nailed it, Harry. Cut and paste from Wikipedia

By the early 1960s a more general system was needed, and on July 1, 1963, non-mandatory ZIP codes were announced for the whole country. Robert Moon, an employee of the post office, is considered the father of the ZIP code. He submitted his proposal in 1944 while working as a postal inspector.

That's not the Zip code - it's the zone and dealer number.
