Wiper Motor Application

I asked this question in a previous thread as an add on question so I'm afraid it wasn't viewed by many so I am asking again.

I removed the wiper motor from my 65 coupe and it is P/N 5044422. The correct number for my coupe is 5044602. Can anyone tell me what vehicle P/N 5044422 is used on? I spent several hours researching the part and cannot seem to get anywhere. Thank you.

GM #5044422 is a PRODUCTION-only part number for a wiper motor and washer pump assembly. I can't find anything on it. My GUESS as to its origin: 1959-62 passenger car with 2 speed wipers. That application used the same, basic wiper motor as 63-67 Corvette. The part number implies something like a 1960 or 61 model and, possibly, 1962.
