What is the correct way to get the capacitor labeled back to original. Are they decals or does someone offer a restamp service?

Re: 1954 capacitors
Someone makes the decals, Benjamin. They're really not decals, they're "stick-ons". I'd check the "usual suspects".
I'm having a "senior moment" right now, and can't remember for sure, but seems I remember that John Clayton who used to have a 53 is the guy that made them years ago.

Re: 1954 capacitors
I've seen the sticky decals but still wonder if some didn't have an ink stamp instead. You can see a decal starting to turn yellow in Roy's photo and I found a similar decal on one once.
But the one in Noland's book appears to have an ink stamp. So I had a stamp like that made. If anyone wants theirs stamped I'll do it for $10 for all 3 (mostly gas to get to the post office). You just pay the shipping both ways.- Top
