Can anyone advise me to the differences in original floormats vs. repo's? Furthermore, what if anything, dictates black vs. clear? In advance, thanks for your consideration.

The original clear mats are thicker. Bought a repo clear set because my original's are discolored but they wouldn't stay in place. The repo mats are thin and keep sliding down. -

dana is right on. all originals were clear but with the pasage of time, they tend to yellow a bit. the originals are thicker, less pliable and tend to stay where they're put. the originals don't wear out, tough as 16 penny nail. hard to find too. mikeComment
