Will a 1956 Wonderbar fit in a '55 without modifying the dash? I would assume so, but wanted to verify. I have a line on a reconditioned '56 Wonderbar at a good price to replace the '55 passenger car radio that needs restoration. My car is a driver, so a '56 Wonderbar vs. a '55 passenger is OK with me as long as I don't have to cut the dash... TIA, Mike

almost certain the dash won't have to be cut. why not get measurements off the 56 before buying it? good luck,mike

Thanks Mike! I'm getting those, but just wanted experienced opinions, the seller is a radio shop, they will get me dimensions. The shop wants to make the sale and was not sure if it interchanges.

be certain you get the speaker pak from a vette as the pass car pak differs . mike

It will fit right in with no problem
