Congratulations Roy! What a beautiful and wonderful present. You'll have many great Christmases to look forward to. We enjoy our four Grandchildren immensely, at Christmas and all year long. They are a great source of joy to us.

That 67 BB that shows it cut in half NEAT love it, I have the Fraklin mint 67 L88 LARGE one that they made that the head lights work and sound it makes and more new in the box as a extra one that needs a home.Well....I got the day off....

Where do you sit?
WOW! If I had that many I'd be single again for sure! I have many packed away (all 1/18th scale), and only display my 1/24th D.B. Mint cars and a few Franklins in a Curio Cabinet and about 10 individual cases. My wife complains about them all the time, and I think I may have to move them to the garage.

I got a cover to replace my 67's 21 year old one and a sit on creeper with a magnetic dish. My wife said i looked awful crawling around during the 66 brake job.

I got a new gold 63 coupe, from Hallmark for my Corvette Christmas tree.
Intrestingly it is a "repaint" of the silver 63 issued in 2003.

Had some major surgery done during the start of Aug. 2008, though I am alive and kicking the surgery made working a clutch and turning a non-power steering wheel very uncomfortable. It's to the point where I may look to sell my car next year. sooooooooo I got tired of waiting on Santa Claus and I treated myself to a 2009 Coupe while the discounts are still pretty good. Will be picking it up either this coming Fri. or Sat. - test drove the car between the automatic tranny and power steering it felt good to be once again driving pain free. Too bad the Z06 does not come with an automatic trans. GM has alot of great incentives available to flush left over 2008's - two of my friends bought 2008 leftovers. I was surprised that one dealer I went to had a 2008 Indy 500 convertable in stock - sticker was $66,000 had a sign that just said talk to us about discounts. Talked to a fellow at the dealer that just bought a 2008 Z06 who said he gets 27 miles to the gal - can't wait to reduce my gas bills. Wishing everyone nothing but the very best of health and happiness during the coming year.
