I have just purchased a new horn button for my 1960 from Paragon. It doesn't fit on my horn contact.
After close examination of the old one, I have noticed it has been machined at the back to fit.
Here are photos of the horn contact which looks like it has been machined down as well. The new horn button bottoms out on the cotact and doesn't move when on. Can someone think of a reason why someone would machine down the back of the cap and the contact. Doesn't make sense.
