60 vette hood hinge bolts?

I am mounting the hood to the car and I am confused of what bolts to use; 1) hood hinge to rad support, external tooth star washer, but what head marking? 2) hood hinge to hood, captive washer toothed bolt or star washer like #1, what head markings? 3) I removed captive toothed washer bolts, with no head marking, jm calls for a "c" head marking?..Can someone clear this up for me?

This is mine. The hood had never been removed prior to me.

Thank you for the picture, I was thinking all those in the picture should have star washers. Do you know what bolts were used on the hood pin plates?

I would think they should all have them but mine didn't and the hood had never been off the car prior to my pruchase of the car. Both sides are the same, star washers on the hood side but not the rad. side.
I'm at work today but I can post a pic. of the hood pin plates tomorrow if you like.
