58 Carter Carb & Intake

I bought a 1958 passenger car carb, intake and some other parts to use on a 1958 Corvette. The carb has a 6-1386 throttle body, a 0-208 main body and a 6-1299 air horn. Was the passenger carb air horn different then the 6-1354 the Judging Manual specifies? It has a 2669S brass tag with a M7 date. I guess it could have had a rebuilt carb put on at one time. The intake has a 3748828 casting number with a A158 date code so I am assuming the passenger intake was different even though the horespower was the same?

1958 passenger car carb is not the same as Corvette or in design but will work with your car intake OK.
