We used to sneak guys into the track in the trunk because we only had money for gas and spark plugs. We would get there early and there would be 8 cars and Fifty people in the pits! Loved Racing any way we could.

I think we knew we were having fun, but I don't think we knew HOW MUCH fun we were having!!! Those WERE the days!!!

That sure was true in my case. Didn't know how good I had it w/ the '56, new '62, new '65, new 68 and so on.
