    where to buy speedometer parts for a 67

    on dads 67 convertible without speed warning the odometer quit working but the speedometer still works. we don't want the cluster restored. only it working again. and we are thinking we can do it ourselves. only problem all of our catalogs don't list any parts to fix it. where do we start

    Keith; have you tried changing the buzzer? It's up behind the cluster. There is a N.O.S. buzzer on ebay for a full size chevy, I think its the same buzzer just mounts a little different. Bill

          Keith,

          You cannot fix you own speedometer! Even if you could buy the parts they will not be delivered calibrated.

          Every Corvette instrument rebuilder listed in the "Driveline" has invested thousands of dollars to repair and properly calibrate your speedometer and tachometer.

          It will cost you $185.00 including parts to have your Dad's speedometer (without speed warning and NO buzzer) repaired and calibrated properly.

          You can remove the cluster, remove the speedometer head, send it off and have it back in a week. Done deal!
