67 red/red color match

Can anyone comment on the color match for the interior components (carpet, seats, dash pads) and exterior ralley red for original 67 red/red cars? I have the original carpet set in the car and I bought some new carpet from ACC, and it is much more orange than the original and does not match the body color at all? Perhaps AK carpet is a better match?

Tim, I saw one this past summer. The Red int. was not the least bit orange. Bill.

Hi Bill,
back in the day when these were new, or, fairly new, you would find the shade of the interior components and exterior to be an extremely close match.

Just had a 67 red on red get Top Flight at the Florida Regional. We used Al Knoch seat covers, door panels and carpet. All with a nice uniform red color.
