1967 Vent And Side Windows

The vent and side window glass in my '67 Corvette are dated AI (9-62), YI (10-62), IC (6-63) and CA (11-66). My Corvette was assembled in June, 1967, near the end of the C1 and C2 series eras. Is it possible that near the end of the C2s, left over parts were used during assembly? All of the glass is LOF safety glass and appears original. The windshield has obviously been replaced but with PILKINGTON glass.

Are you sure you've got the sequences right? If you've read the codes 'backwards' then the AI (9-62 or 9-75) becomes IA (6-66)...

Jack, I double checked the readings...as long as the date codes are not reverse of all of the other lettering, then my dates, as read, are correct.

Don,
I have a June 19th car, VIN:21135 and all of my original side glass is IZ (June 67) except for the passenger side vent window which is LZ (March 67).
