    Anti-seize

Ok, 35 years when I rebuilt my 283, I used anti-seize on pretty much everything thinking one day I may want to take some things apart. Today's the day. I'm going to install the ignition shielding brackets, so I have to remove two intake bolts and the exhaust manifold bolts. How long does that stuff last? Especially on the exhaust manifold? What's the chance of snapping a bolt? My exhaust has bolts and not studs.

Shouldn't have a problem, those bolts are not a problem usually. It's the exhaust pipe to the manifold that gives you the problem. If it's tight, work it back and forth slowly so it doesn't snap.
