Keep in mind, the Type II jack had such a SHORT effective life between Type I and Type III release that there's no guarantee of what you'll find in the March built Duntov car... Jacks were pulled at random, so what went out the door with what car was a random event conditioned by how much prior inventory was on hand + the luck of the draw.

There was an article on 63-67 Jacks in the "Corvette Restorer" several years ago. Pics were detailed on the difference in the jacks.

Obtaining the CD from the Cinncinati Office would be your best bet.
