Ruby's is great but opened on the pier in 1980. I've been there twice.

In 1961 it was The End Cafe selling soup to fisherman and hot dogs to surfers. see attached. Thanks for the memories and for the places I'll go next time..

Last weekend!!! at the donut shop!

The red & white open wheel roadster was hand built starting with two 1951 chevy rear fenders and a 18 inch spacer added to make the back of the body. The old guy that made it also made a black one. Now he is working on a belly car.

Cars cruise in every Saturday morning.

Interesting stuff.

1969 coupe ,My first vette in 1981, I'm 6'2" my buddy is 7'2" 450lbs, I wouldn't let him in the car,

WOW is that guy huge, he dwarfs the car! When I glanced at the thumbnail I swear I was convinced that was some sort of Corvette go-cart behind him!

Keep 'em coming. I spent summers during my college days at the beach on the other coast (N.C. Outer Banks) and didn't have a Corvette, but some of your stories hit me right between the eyes.
