My 62 Harrison radiator has mfg. date stamped 6 8 N directly underneath the part # 3150916. Could this mean that it is a replacement with a later mfg. date?

Re: 62 Harrison Radiator Mfg. Date code
Generally, yes. However, I don't understand the "N", because generally "M" is the last letter used (M=12 letter of the alphabet=December) Could it be an "M" rather than an "N"? Also, look at the upper outlet--is it stamped or cast aluminum? If stamped, then absolutely a replacement, if cast, then still possible a replacement.- Top

Re: 62 Harrison Radiator Mfg. Date code
I'm not sure that I can tell the difference between a cast and a stamped inlet. What should I look for. Also, would the 6 and 8 refer to 1966 or 1968?
The judging manual does not give much help in deciphering the date code.- Top
