A few days back, Peter Locher asked a similar question about chassis bolts. The thread was titled "Chassis Bolts" and was started February 24. In this thread, four different sources were given for obtaining original or reproduction bolts. Check it out. I have personally used two of the sources and was very happy.

These screws are available from Doc Rebuild. The P/N is 8848138. See page 54 of catalog #32 or his current on-line catalog at the top of the center column.

Funny as it seems, you and I seem to be having the same issues with our cars except that I am a few steps ahead since almost every question you have is one I have already experienced.

I was planning on putting the heater box in this weekend, and try to accomodate what's missing. This is a big help, thanks.
