Snow will not hurt it but the slush on the sides and chassis(if salted) will eat it alive. They were "just " cars once.

        Interesting picture.
It looks like the windshield has been cleaned, and the car driven, but the wiper door doesn't look like it's been up.
I love old pictures from a time when I was young!
        Regards,

Great picture, thanks for posting it. Reminds me of driving my 1965 396 convertible in the winter back in the early 70's. 7.75x15's and 2nd or 3rd gear starts, would only get stuck if the ruts were deep enough for the chassis to bottom out. No way back then could I afford to own a car that sat in the garage all winter.

My 65/396 in a field across the street from the Indy 500 Race Track 1971. The first weekend of time trials was corvette weekend and you could drive your car on the track after time trials were over but we were rained out.
I Customized it after it was stolen from the Delta Airlines parking lot at Lambert field St Louis Mo 1970. Ya know thats what a lot of guys did back in the 70's.The yellow 67 was is a 435 that friend of mine drove.

I dug out a picture of the old 1965 396 that my wife and I had to drive in the snow. It doesn't look it in the photo but the car was Goldwood Yellow. I'm starting to get the hang of this picture posting thing.

The 69 in the snow reminds me of the snow that fell in 1981 while our son's girfriend was visiting one evening. He tried to take her home in his 70 Camaro and could not make it beyond the driveway. My 70 Corvette to the rescue, we took her home and returned home safe. I knew we would have no trouble with the snow from past experiences.

Reminds me why I moved to Florida.

I recall driving my 63 in a snow storm in 1976. I had some GR70 radials on at the time. On those skinny wheels, the tread kind of rolls open. Try though I might, I had a heck of a time getting it to slide around a corner as the traction was unbelievable. That is unusual for a high powered high idle speed car. I recall my hopped up tri five cars in the late 50's I couldn't even get started out with snow tires on, even in 2nd or 3rd gear!

I drove my wife's 78 on ten weekly round-trips from Trenton, Ontario to St-Jean (Montreal) Quebec through the winter of 1999. We replaced the original 255/60 Goodyear radials with 225/70 Goodyear GTIIs and the traction in snow was excellent. Passed many vans etc on heavy snowfall days when their single-wheel drive and low undercarriage hampered traction. The original owner of her car had apparently been a single-car owner at the time and had rust-proofed the car--which protected the frame really well but left the tell-tale plugged holes in various places inside the door frames.
