    Frame Info. Needed

Is there any difference in the basic frame from a 1971 as compared to a basic frame from a 1974 ? If there is, please let me know what they may be.

There are no significant changes and the frames from 1969 to 1974 are interchangeable. Even though the 74 used urethane bumpers, front and rear, the basic frame is the same. For 1975 things changed, though, and a 1975 frame is NOT directly interchangeable with earlier.

I looked at the link provided by Roberto, and it seems as though the only differance was, in "1973 - Body Mounts lowered slightly to accomodate thicker rubber bushings" What would be the fix for that ? If I wanted to keep the original type of shims for a 1971, would I have to add a few more to make up for the thicker rubber bushings on a '73 ?

As far as I know, yes.

I think the term "slightly" in this case translates to about 1/4 or 3/8-inch. Some folks might not call that "slight."
