Hi:
Does anyone know if the assembly line workers applied the adhesive to the back of the tank sticker and applied the tank sticker to the tank or did they apply the adhesive to the tank and then apply the tank sticker? I've heard of tank stickers being swapped on the line. Has anyone seen a tank sticker applied upside down so the print is facing down on the face of the tank instead of facing up so it can be read?

Hello Thomas,
The adhesive was applied to the tank, then the Tank Sheet was "Slapped on".
We have seen surplus on the tank extending beyond the sheet.
Have not seen or heard of a sheet being applied face down. Kinda defeats the purpose of its existance.
We have seen sheets that were applied folded in half, lenghthwise.
When unfolded, these were preserved beautifully.

The guy doing the glue the day MY car came down the line must have had a quota. 85% of the surface area of the sticker is SOLID glue. Can't get the sticker off the tank. Oh well.....
