A question about the digits used in engine assembly stampings.

Awhile back a thread was discussing a '69 L-71 engine assembly stamping. One feature of this particular stamping was the use of two distinct zeros. Something like T07O8LR, only the second zero was a style font we are used to seeing, more like straight sides with chamfered corners. The number eight was also upside down.

There is now a Cortez silver L-71 coupe on ebay for sale with a similar stamping using two distinct zeros and an upside down number eight in the engine assembly stamping. Are these anomalys unique or is this quite common for '69?

It's quite common to see inconsistency on all engines, all years.
