1972 - Blue Certification Sticker Info

I've been reading the posts regarding repro blue certification stickers and I would like to proceed in getting one for my C3. As my car is a January build, I will need to include the weight distribution information on the sticker and I was hoping I could get some help from the forum in determining the correct weights for my specific vehicle (perhaps by someone who has an identically equipped car as mine). Here are the vehicle details:
