66 Bb With Ac Have A Spacer Under The Front Bumbers On The Lower A Arm. Why Was This Added? This Car Is An Oct 8 Car,was It For The Entire 66 Model Year? It Seems That It Was Due To The Extra Weight But 65 Bb Do Not Have It.

The only reason to add the spacer would be to reduce jounce travel; the release date on the A.I.M. sheet is mid-November, 1965, so it was apparently an early running change.

Also, 1965 BB cars did not/could not have air conditioning.
