67 U-joints

Hi:
On a 67, does the u-joints for the driveshaft from the transmission to the rear end have zerk fittings? Thanks!

For sure not on the driveshaft, and I believe also not on the half shafts. Someone else can chime in on the half shafts to double check me there.

There are never any grease fittings on 63-79 half shaft u-joints. The vast majority of driveshaft u-joints have no grease fittings, either. However, I have seen a few 63-69 driveshaft u-joints which I believed to be original which did have grease fittings. I would certainly say, though, that driveshaft u-joints with grease fittings are not "typical of factory production". So, unless one is replacing a known-original u-joint which does have grese fittings, I would use the type without grease fittings to be consistent with "typical factory production".
