Re: color combe question
Keith,
Noland Adams' Restoration and Technical Guide, Volume 2 has a complete breakdown of all of the color combinations available for paint, interior, and stinger. I don't have it with me, but if no one else responds, I'll look it up tonight and let you know. By the way, it's an exceptional reference manual and you might want to consider picking one up.- Top

Re: color combe question
Noland's book, Section VI, Supplementary Data 1967, p. 439:
Exterior code: 980AA Silver Blue (Elkhart Blue)
Hood Strip Color - Interior Trim Color
Black - Black
Dark Teal - Blue Dark Blue
Source: Chevrolet files
Noland also includes stripe measurements/positioning.
Note: On page 438 980AA Silver Blue lists Interior Trim restrictions as Black and Dark Blue Only. In the text on page 438, col. 2, it lists a 980AA Silver Blue (Elkhart Blue) car with Trim Code 414 (Bright Blue Vinyl). As a personal note in the winter of '66-'67 I saw an Elkhart Blue, White/Black Vinyl BB in new car prep at Hefner Chevrolet, State Street, Fort Wayne, IN, so it appears trim other than Black and Dark Blue were available with Elkhart Blue trim.
