    Glovebox contents

So, nowhere in the judging manual does it say that I should have a "convertible top folding manual". Thoughts?

    (see picture)

Yet, these are the contents that have been in the car since 1973. (they're now in the safe, in case you're wondering)

    Chris,
I agree the top manual is not in the JM, possibly it is from another model line. Here is what was in my glove box.

P.S. My contents are also in the fire safe.

That was a Fisher Body manual, and was never released for Corvette usage; it described the care and feeding of the Fisher Body-designed convertible top systems used on steel cars.

Makes sense...Corvette was Body by Chevrolet and we see some issues that flow from this like finding a specification for the factory original turn signal flasher. As best I can tell, Fisher engineers dotted the 'i' and crossed the 't' while Chevy engineers let it 'slide'...

You'll also find some original owner's packages with Chevy dealer installed option phamphlets packed inside. Apparently that wasn't official GM/Chevy policy but dealers DID kick 'em in to give new buyers food for thought on additional purchase items!
