Which side window should the window sticker be placed on a 64 and will they deduct a point or two if I leave my NCRS sticker on the window? Hate to remove it since it's the only one I have.

Actually Craig, you could probably stop by the NCRS booth (GC21a) at BG and Gary or one of the guys could provide you with a new sticker. Good luck with the judging. I've only been through it once back in 2005. Don't forget the camera, there will be plenty other 64s to check out. The judges have a long day but they will be as helpful as they can while they are with your car and will explain to you what is going on. One instance I remember is the interior judge couldn't get the wipers to work and asked me about them. They worked when I unloaded the car so he had me try them. Somehow when I did they started up and I didn't lose any points. The judges will do what they can to make this an enjoyable experience for you. Good luck.

Last time I was there was 2006 and I guess alot of things have changed - before I left I called Bloomington and was told all decals must come off the car. I then called NCRS to make sure I could get a new Duntov decal and they were alittle upset to hear about it - they said it seemed to be a on again, off again thing. I asked the judges about it when they were done and was told I could have left them on. NCRS mailed new decals asap. I had a repo window sticker ( laminated ) taped to the drivers side window, battery cut-off on and had my fire ex. next to where I had dropped my spare tire. There were no deductions taken on any of this, where I was parked a few people got hit for stamp pads and shades of paint - one fellow got hit for both and he had the guy there who did the resto. made for an interesting afternoon.
