    Fan Clutch

    Does anyone know where or who rebuilds fan clutch's? It is for a 67 BB.

      There are lots of threads on the topic. The two most widely recommended rebuilders are:

      Ask about turnaround time, as depending on backlog, it could be many months.

      Note that some members also recommend that while you may rebuild your original for judging, for driving you're better off with the service replacements from GM and from much less expensive sources like Thepartsladi (150 Indian Bayou Dr, Destin, Florida, 32541, 800-579-7046 or 334-493-1240) on eBay.

          Expect a long return time on fan clutch repair. Mine has been at Fred's for 15 months now.

              I had mine rebuilt by Fred some years back and it worked fine for about 4 years then stated to leak. Now I have the new GM unit which I bought from the parts ladi. Some parts were not meant to be rebuilt. I would only use it for judging.
