John I thought in a previous thread about this that those documents were not available due to the new privacy laws.

        Re: Shipping Documents

        Hi John,

That's REALLY interesting information. I've never heard of that website or service. I could really use that. Can you tell me a little bit more about the service? Do you know how far back their records go? Do you know what information is provided? Is there a fee?

I've been trying to find ownership history on my 1966. I have it figured out from 1975 to the present, but that 1966 to 1975 time period is a blank. I think my car started out in the Appleton / Green Bay Wisconsin area, but I really don't know for sure. The only reason I think that is because the car was there in 1975. Delivery info would at least tell me if I'm looking in the right place for early owners.

There was a post about a month ago that said only the National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) had such information. I did pursue it, but eventually "struck out" and got nothing. That's why your recent post is of interest to me.

The Allied information only helped a few years like 75-81 cars. All Bowling Green cars information is in the hands of the museaum and only costs the fee. The older cars their is no information but new rumors come out often.

Allied Vaughn has the dealer wholesale invoices for Corvettes from '77-up, including those built at St. Louis; I think their fee is $50.00.
