    C2 Convertible #1 Body Mount

I'm getting ready to put the body back on my 1964 convertible and I'm sizing up the mounting hardware. The assembley manual is clear that the #1 position uses the aluminum spacer in lieu of the cushion. However, the mounts welded to the frame at the number 1 position have large holes as if they are set up for cushions. The aluminum spacer and shims cover them fine but the lower washer that came with my kit is just barely larger than the hole in the welded on frame mount. Does anyone know the original diameter of the original lower flat washer? The assembly manual spells it out as a 3830796, but I have no reference for this number. The welded on #1 mounts on both sides are the same and they appear to be original, but they sure look more like they are set up for cushins than the spacers. I assume that is because they used the same frame brackets on the coupe and convertible and than just used the spacers on the convertible and cushions on the coupe.
