1960 Steering wheel

The original steering wheel on my 1960 corvette is cracked in two places. Should I attempt to have it repaired, leave it as it is, or replace it?

I would think that is a personnal decision based on what you want out of the car. If it is a driver, and it doesn't bother you, leave it alone. If you are going to have it judged then I would replace it or fix it if you can find someone to do it ceaper than a new one. I see new ones advertised for around $325, your choice.

What I've seen of many repro's you can tell they are, if the cracks are miner I would take the hit on condition , nothing like the real thing.
