Del -- hard to tell with quality of picture. Are you able to email a hi-def version to someone ? The one you posted as a thumbnail is only 43 kb. I attempted to crop and bring up the shadows detail, with Photoshop, sans success, due to small file size.

From the low quality photo, the broach marks appear "homegrown"

Isn't that a fairly early vin to have an aluminum head without a threaded plug on the end?
