Need help identifying part please

Have a part number 0330891 Big Block Valve Cover - Can anyone tell me what year this fits? Other indicators are GR386 and there is also an EL4 on the label of the box. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

GM #330891 is a left side valve cover applicable to 1973-74 Corvettes with LS-4. It may also have been used for other applications, but I can't find any. This valve cover may or may not have been the same one used in PRODUCTION. There were a "jillion" slightly different big block valve cover configurations and, sometimes, they were "consolidated" for SERVICE. However, for a variety of reasons, I suspect that this valve cover was the same one used in PRODUCTION.

The GM #330891 was discontinued without supercession in March, 1982.
