    Brake linings ID

I've run across 1 axle's set (2 primaries, 2 secondaries) of brake linings that are BONDED to shoes stamped DELCO MORAINE DAYTON OHIO and
    "5459726".
The lining material is steel gray and not cerrametallic (sp?); TWO segments on the secondaries that each measure 2 1/2" wide and 3 3/4" long; THREE segments on the primaries that measure the same 2 1/2" X
    3 3/4".
Are they HD linings for passenger car application? Did Delco ever offer a rebuild of the earlier Corvette HD shoes and decided that the "small" segments found on those shoes to be unnecessary? Or?
    Thanks.

These sound like a set of Velvetouch re-lined shoes. Velvetouch used available cores and attached their metallic friction material.

    Can you post pictures?
