Lights out on my 62!

Took my baby (62) to cruisor night in Streator, IL this past Saturday and in the middle of cruise night I lose all lights except the headlights and parking lights on the front and signal lights front and back. No dash lights, courtesy light, or rear tail lights. All lights worked before. Where do I start?

Tail, stop, license and courtesy lamp are all on the same 10 amp fuse. Even though my manual says that the instrument panel and clock are on a separate 3 amp fuse I can recall that on older GM cars when the dash lights went out that was an indicator that your tail light were out.
