    Horn Rebuilder Ron Goralski

I just got my horns back from Ron Goralski. I got his name and info from the archives. I sent him 2 sets of horns, my original pair off my car and an extra set of late 67 dated horns. Boy did he do a WONDERFUL job on them. He is also the one of the nicest guys you'll ever talk with. The finish and attention to detail was excellent. He had a very very fast turnaround on them too. His price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend using him if you ever need such a service. In this day and age of posts about "bumb" parts suppliers he is DEFINATELY one of the good guys. I had to pass along my compliments....Thanks Ron. ARA

    Ara,
I will echo your comments about Ron. He did my 67 horns several years back, nothing but top notch work and communication!

Ron is a member of the Mason-Dixon Chapter up here in Maryland. I see him at our chapter judging meets and I had him rebuild my '67 horns and they came back perfect...4 years later, no problems. PT

I second all the kudos for Ron Goralski.

I gave him my original 63 horns last year at Carlisle and they came back looking and sounding better than new!!! At a very reasonable price!!

And Ron is the perfect example of how it is the people that make owning a Corvette such a great experience.

A pleasure meeting and doing business with him.

        Thanks, Ron!!

I agree, I heard he was retiring from the business. Glad he is still doing his great horn restorations

Ok guys...you speak of this wonderful man, his feats of accomplishment AND his reasonable pricing on horn restoration. However, no one has indicated what we can expect reasonable to be.....$5, $20, $50. What can we expect to pay to have our horns restored. How about some contact info for this person who has done so much for the Corvette horn .

I can't remember !! I think it cost me landed here in Aussie land around $200 for one. He supplied the shells. You don't get much for $5.00 these days. Stewy

I agree, super, super guy. He has done over a dozen sets for me, always excellent, never a problem. As far as cost. He is the least expensive of any of the other rebuilders, but its more than that. Its knowing I can depend on him and the end product. Great sounding horns!

Mike, regarding cost it will depend on what he has to do on your horns (bad diaphram, etc). He did 4 horns for me, all 4 were shot. He charged me $335 including shipping for ALL 4 HORNS requiring a total rebuild..You don't get more reasonable than that. Again, it will depend on what your horns need, but my gosh that is reasonable for top notch work...
