I have an '81 with very few original miles, that I plan to have re-judged. Problem is, the Brake Master Cylinder is a service replacement (long story
).....and they took off enough points for this to where I am now trying to make it correct before judging.
Can anyone tell me who/where I can possibly get a correct date coded Master Cylinder for my car. One that will pass NCRS judging scrutiny.
Also, how should the date code correspond to serial number of car? In other words, the car is an early '81 vehicle. Are these Master cylinders coded by quarter, half years, or are they supposed to be within a certain range based on s/n?
Thank you in advance, and I look forward to any replies....
