What does the correct hazard flasher look like for 1967? Thanks.

Re: 67 Signal Flasher
There's two different designs, one long and one short. They are both chrome plated push/pull. The first (about 1 inch long) was used to about VIN # 6400 and the second (about 1/2" long) after that. The JG said both were observed randomly through 15,000 =/- but after that the shorter one was used. I don't have a picture but you can go to the Long Island Corvette item 18-71a and 18-71b to see both.

Re: 67 Signal Flasher
The first picture below is the Stat 175 hazard flasher. The other picture is the directional flasher...a Tung Sol 323 with a plastic case, not metal and non-DOT. PT

Re: 67 Signal Flasher
Kirk - In addition to the nice examples Patrick posted, there was also a Tung-Sol hazard flasher used in 67 production, the 552 (actually 2 versions of the T/S 552 used in 67 production with cars up thru Jan/Feb 1967 having a silk-screened 552 and then the embossed top T/S 552, both have a natural metal finish cover) and there was also a Signal-Stat 145 (3-lamp) turn signal flasher used throughout 67 production (these had a light yellow/gold anodized rectangular cover and embossed like the 175 on the top and yes the Signal-Stat rectangular flashers fits into the turn signal bracket on the radio panel).
Check the 67 Corvette AIM and you'll find 2 part numbers listed for both the hazard and turn signal flashers.

Re: 67 Signal Flasher
Kirk, There's one of the 552 flashers on EBAY if you need a picture. Item number 270453394396.
Also if you do a search of the completed auctions it will pull up a page for the 175 item 370253710021 that John Meissinger has sold. There are pictures of several other flashers John has sold listed also.

Re: 67 Signal Flasher
Do you have a 1967 Corvette Technical Information Manual and judging Guide? If so the signal flashers and hazard flashers are listed and explained in the "Interior Section" #14 "Under Dash Area" (page 46 in the 4th edition). Your Vin #/build date will determine which flasher you should have. You have different options but basically for the hazard flasher you will have either a #170, #175 or #552. For the turn signal flasher you will have either a Tung Sol yellow plastic #323 or a Signal Stat #145. The hazard flasher attaches to the fuse panel, the turn signal flasher attaches to the clip on the left side radio panel. Shooter- Top

Re: 67 Signal Flasher
My flasher mounted into a pre-existing hole along the top edge of the driver's side radio panel.
The torpedo lights are different story. They have clips for mounting and yes they need to be grounded to the clock, but I can't quite remember how I mounted them. It seems to me it was rather obvious with everything apart. Sorry.
