New Employee?

Can I assume that Mark Lincon's resignation from the Board so that he may appear as the NCRS "Business Manager" is an indication that NCRS has another "employee"? But then, we've apparently established a "business committee" of Vito, Jeff Cook & Mark to run our affairs. Can I assume that some modifications of the bylaws are required to make this work?
Can I also enter a GIANT BITCH AT OUR "REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES" who step forward and apparently approve these modifications to the BASIC STRUCTURE of NCRS without ANY ADVANCE NOTICE TO MEMBERS or even a request for comments?
Last year's "CARNIVAL" of "let's get Roy to resign" was stupid enough - but apparently we need to pay even more attention. Would someone please tell the members why Vito steps on a plane for Tulsa armed with a resignation letter for Roy Sinor - and then has the audacity to have NCRS REIMBURSE him for the trip?

Loren's got a point IMO. Do the officers/directors have the legal right to do that? I'd like to get/see a copy of the current Bylaws.

Loren, you know the process since you were on the Board and none of the Board of Director's processes have changed. Recommend you contact your Regional Director and/or read the Board meeting minutes in the Restorer President's Message.
