Think about that, one "big Point" is worth nearly as much as two clock fixes!

      Mark,
Considering what you were worried about prior to the judging and the list of areas you lost points in after the judging I would ask what are you working with as a guide to make it as correct as possible?
Wish you better luck on your next try.

Edward - I know this is an old post. I just noticed I never replied. I followed advice to have the car judged before doing any work on the car so I would know what I have. I should have just used my TIMJG to go through the car before getting it judged. I have learned a lot since 2009 and would have done a lot of things differently. I created a spreadsheet of all deducts and calculated the cost per point and have been working on it since. The biggest job was replacing the frame and restoring the chassis after finding rust in a trailing arm pocket that I never had looked at.IMG_4131.jpg

Mark: Went through the same problems with my 66. W/O some luck you will not do too much with clock and horns given the time left. Both of those had to be sent in to be fixed correct. AFAS the washer pump do not assume it is the pump.Mine turned to be the hoses that lead to the nozzels. Larry
